JLL has agented the sale of a two-property 65,000-square-foot commercial portfolio in the Boston-area community of Woburn, MASS. The sales cost was not divulged.

The portfolio contains commercial centers at 3-15 as well as 16-24 Normac Road. The buildings lie in the desirable 128 North Industrial submarket, which provides access to Boston via courses 128 as well as 93.

Benjamin Roopenian, Michael Ciummei and Joe Fabiano of JLL represented the customer, an institutional financier, in the off-market transaction.
