Titan Breaks Ground on Georgetown’s First Master-Planned Service Park

Titan Advancement Realty and the City of Georgetown just recently broke ground on the initial phase of the 146-acre NorthPark35 Class An industrial advancement at I-35 and also SH 130.

Stage among the task consists of two structures totaling greater than 330,000 square feet, in addition to the extension of Aeronautics Drive to intersect with SH 130 as well as I-35.
