TDC Protects 39K-SF Life Scientific Research Lease in Cambridge

The Davis Cos. (TDC) has safeguarded a 38,759-square-foot life science lease with biotechnology firm Ginkgo Bioworks at 10 Wilson Road within TDC’s Quad university in Cambridge.
The Quad is a scheduled 510,000-square-foot school situated close by the Alewife Terminal on the MBTA Red Line. When finished, the campus will certainly be composed of 4 new as well as redeveloped life science/lab/R&& D buildings– 10 Wilson Roadway, 75 Moulton Road, 101 Smith Area as well as 40 Smith Area. An additional 248,000 square feet at 40 Smith Area is intended for construction in 2023.
McKenna Teague and Erick Smith of CBRE represented the Davis Cos. in the lease transaction while Anne Columbia and Patrick Downey of Columbia Team Realty Advisors represented Ginkgo Bioworks.
