Connecticut-based investment firm the Marsilio Group has marketed a two-building, 60,353-square-foot warehouse in Stratford, CONN. The list prices was $6.1 million.
Situated on virtually 4 acres, the home was constructed in 1952 and also is currently leased to 4 occupants, consisting of anchor occupant FedEx.
Colin Sofa of Stan Johnson Co. stood for Marsilio Team in the deal. Dave Richard of Colliers International represented the purchaser, a New York-based 1031 exchange financier.
