Rockport Home mortgage Corp. has organized a $32.8 million HUD finance to re-finance Mountain View Balcony Apartments, a 194-unit apartment neighborhood in the Stoneham, MASS.

. Found at 27 Mountainview Drive, the home was integrated in 1981 and consists of one- and two-bedroom homes in addition to a number of 3- and also four-bedroom townhomes. The eight-acre area was restored in 2011.

Rockport protected the refinancing on behalf of ownership, 7th AP Co. LP. A section of the profits from the refinancing will be utilized for funding enhancements.
