Port of Houston Adds Two Occupants Completing 505K SF

2 brand-new lessees will be joining the Underbrush Port Logistics Facility and Bayport North Logistics Center I, soaking up majority a million square feet of industrial space in Houston’s Southeast submarket.
A global shopping supplier authorized a lease for 402,648 square feet at Undergrowth Port Logistics Center in Deer Park. Meanwhile, Frederick Trucking secured 102,863 square feet of bulk circulation space at Bayport North Logistics Facility I in Pasadena.
The property owner of both residential or commercial properties, an associate of Triten Property Allies, was represented by Joseph Smith, Patrick Rollins, Jason Dillee as well as Andrew Jewett of CBRE.
