NorthMarq Organizes $167M Sale of Virginia MF Portfolio

NorthMarq’s Richmond office has set up the $167 million sale of the Waverton Virginia Profile, a 1,063-unit multifamily portfolio in Virginia.
The four-property portfolio lies in the Richmond as well as Hampton Roads markets of Virginia. The portfolio includes Meridian Watermark, a 300-unit area found at 6500 Caymus Method Richmond; Perceptions I, II, & & III, a 414-unit community located at 501 Coral Secret Place in Newport Information; Denbigh Village, a 244-unit area found at 14332 Deloice Crescent in Newport Information as well as Marina Vacation Home, a 105-unit area located at 8150 Shore Drive in Norfolk.
Mike Marshall, Wink Ewing as well as Ryan Rilee of NorthMarq stood for the vendor, Portsmouth-based developer Waverton Associates, in the transaction. The customer was a large regional financier.
