International property firm Hines has started contruction on Whit Wooster Square, a brand-new mixed-use house community in New Sanctuary.

The task will bring 230 rental apartment or condos and also around 5,600 square feet of street-level retail across 2 structures located at 630 & & 673 Church Street in New Haven’s Wooster Square community. The task will certainly replace a surface area parking area as well as a vacant office complex with a project that will feature a brick frontage as well as steel accents. The design draws from the historical style of the surrounding storage facility and mill buildings. The task is much less than a mile from Yale College.

“We anticipate The Whit Wooster Square to bring a brand-new rental experience to this already vivid enclave of New Place,” said Give Jaber, taking care of supervisor at Hines. “The combination of high end service rooms with thoughtful house designs as well as premium finishes throughout will establish a brand-new criteria for rental living in the area.”
