Child Care Team Joins Lessee Roster at Former WMS School

The Chicago office of Stream Realty Allies protected a long-term lease in behalf of Baum Alteration with Children’ Work Chicago Too. This mother/daughter-owned childcare and also early understanding group leased 30,635 square feet at Riverview at Roscoe, located at 2718 W. Roscoe St. on Chicago’s North Side.
Riverview, the former WMS campus, was acquired through a joint endeavor of Chicago-based Baum Alteration and also Dallas-based Meridian Resources from Scientific Gamings Corporation this past March. The campus is presently undergoing significant funding enhancements.
