CBRE has organized the sale of the leasehold interest of Washington Crossing, a 205-unit home community in Woburn, MASS. The prices was not disclosed.
Integrated in 2003, the area includes 4, four-story buildings with elevators, a clubhouse and numerous free-standing carports. Floorplans at the community typical 1,063 square feet with nine-foot ceilings as well as includes a clubhouse with services that include a warmed swimming pool, health and fitness facility, business center and also theater space. In addition, the building is less than a mile from the MBTA commuter rail station, providing direct accessibility to Downtown Boston.
Simon Butler, Biria St. John and John McLaughlin of CBRE stood for the seller, an institutional investor recommended by J.P. Morgan Possession Management. The buyer was CWMA Baystate LLC.
