Order Reprints … January 25, 2021 Plan Health Care Property Advisors has agented the sale of two assisted living properties in Massachusetts. The residential or commercial properties total 195 systems.

The area of both residential properties was not disclosed. The homes were 96% occupied at the time of sale.

A collaboration in between a New York-based driver and a capitalist with a residence health and wellness organization in the state acquired the property. Connor Doherty, Amy Sitzman, Giancarlo Riso as well as Ryan Kelly of Plan were the sole brokers in the sale. The vendor and prices was not revealed.
